Last week, my family and I went to Bishop's Beach in Homer, Alaska, with
two biologists, my cousin Krissy and her husband Brad. It was
fascinating to see a beach through the eyes of two scientists. Looking
out we saw the mountains, a volcano, and the vastness of the ocean
while looking down we saw kelp, crabs, anemone, rocks, and sea stars.
